Dear Sir;
I am Raihan Uddin. I have only sister. She has a son &Daughter.her husband works in Kuwait for the last 10 years. In 2007 my sister was affected by mental disease. It was very serious. At that time My Niece(Hasiba ) was in six month. My often Breastfeeds her baby. After taking a treatment from Dr. A H Muhammad Firuz , She got red of the disease. But now it is seemed that her daughter Hasiba is affected such a mental disease! now she is 12 years old . She doesn’t take her father easily. Almost hates her father though he was dearest person to her. She does not takes easily her father and mothers relationship. She checks her mother from her father. She behaves roughly with family members. Specially father and mother. Repents for her life. Sometimes wants to die. Seems that her death will satisfy her parents and others. But sometimes behaves almost normally. But shows darkness to her father always. On this time she says not feeling well . Feeling uneasy into the stomach. Does not want to go asleep. Set alarm on clock every hour so that she can prevent her unfortunate sleep. But sometimes goes to sleep with her mother. Eats a Little and says no need to eat just a little to save life. Also says why God does not take her away from the earth.
Sir , In the above mentioned conditions , what can we do for her?
Please help us.

From your mentioned symptoms, your niece may be suffering from childhood depression. She needs immediate consultation by Psychiatrist. Childhood depression is not uncommon. Many exogenous & endogenous factors are responsible for this disorder. About 16 to 18 percent child & adolescent are suffering from psychiatric disorder. May be she needs antidepressant medications & psychotherapy. With appropriate treatment she may be ride from this problem within short time.
